The french equivalent article calls him auguste, as do a number of articles here which refer to him. However, both this and augustin seem to appear on the web. I don't know enough to resolve this, whether one is a diminutive or his use-name as opposed to his birth name. Sandpiper (talk) 17:36, 7 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
