Should there be a contents page on the right, referencing things that don't exist?

There were no "things that don't exist", but someone had forced the table of contents to appear on the right. I've deleted that template so the contents appears in its usual position. Astronaut (talk) 17:54, 16 April 2009 (UTC)

A definition and/or summary/intro would be helpful.[edit]

I had never heard of BLUF (found via a link from the inverted triangle) and this article doesn't really say what it is (perhaps ironically?). I think a definition and/or some summary/introduction would be helpful. (talk) 10:04, 2 November 2012 (UTC)
