Oppose. True, the town is the only locality in the list that currently has an article, but it is still an obscure locality with a tiny population. Picking the "primary" article out of a bunch of obscure localities is never a productive endeavor. Also, as a side note, the current page cannot and should not be moved to "Babayevo (disambiguation)" since it is a set index article and not a disambiguation page.—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); August 21, 2014; 14:03 (UTC)
