Table of Contents[edit]

Is there any reason that the table of contents has been placed at the bottom of the article? According to WP:ACCESS, the table of contents should not be floated, and if it must be floated, then it should be floated below the lead section. Golem88991 04:45, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
