This article presents the environmentalist argument only so it does not have a neutral point of view. Biscuittin (talk) 21:27, 20 December 2008 (UTC)

NPOV Check (et al)[edit]

Looks like some good progress has been made in improving the article. Keep it up. It doesn't matter how horrible an article starts out (and yes, it was horrible and violated NPOV)... what matters is that it evolves in a positive direction. Don't be discouraged by what seems like a mountain of work "to do." Just make one little edit at a time, and pretty soon it will be a featured article! Good job. (talk) 02:02, 31 December 2008 (UTC)

It is important to include information on the business aspects of banana plantations, and to add in the economics of global banana trade. The "sustainable farming" section is a bit confusing to follow. I would reword it to be more clear on the main points. Lweiland (talk) 21:14, 28 January 2017 (UTC)
