Hi! I'm creating an English Wikipedia article for the rather obscure Swedish artist Barbro Östlihn. I just discovered she has a (pretty poor quality) Swedish Wikipedia page: http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barbro_Östlihn. Should I link the two in some way? And if so, how do I go about doing that? Thanks! NaomiTal (talk) 02:07, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You can add an interwiki link to the page by putting the following text (as it is displayed when viewing this page normally, not as it is displayed while editing) at the bottom of the article:
[[sv:Barbro Östlihn]]

Did I do this right? I notice there is now a Swedish language option on the left-hand menu, that once clicked takes you to Barbro Östlihn's Swedish wiki article...is that all there is to it? thanks! NaomiTal (talk) 20:29, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yup that's all there is to it, although it is a nice gesture to also add the reciprocal link on the Swedish page, which I've done here. Regards, AJCham 20:40, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
