Proposed merge with Ksenia Sitnik[edit]

Following advice and suggestions at a recent AfD in regards to another Junior Eurovision artist (Eliias), it has been recommended that all JESC biographical articles be merged into their respective country by year articles. This is so we avoid future WP:AfDs, WP:SPEEDY, and WP:NOTREPOSITORY. The content the BLP article can easily be explained in the context of this country by year article, and it is currently of a reasonable size that the merging of BLP article will not cause any problems as far as article size or undue weight is concerned. • Strongest possible oppose. She won the JESC in 2005 and is a very famous person. (How is this even possible to do, I mean, to even think about redirecting the article?) --Moscow Connection (talk) 23:51, 20 December 2015 (UTC)
  • oppose - she won JESC and has had a career outside the contest. --BabbaQ (talk) 23:45, 3 February 2016 (UTC)

  • Oppose. He actually did what the article says he did, "won the Grand Prix (children singers' contest) at the Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk". That's quite an achivement. And he represented his country at the 2006 JESC. (I must add that it looks like he abandoned singing, at least temporarily: [1].) --Moscow Connection (talk) 00:03, 21 December 2015 (UTC)
  • Oppose. per achievements mentioned above.BabbaQ (talk) 23:45, 3 February 2016 (UTC)
