In dialectal differences of Portuguese language found in Baixada Fluminense (and most of Rio de Janeiro state), Belford Roxo is certainly spell /ˈbɛwfɔh ˈχoʃu/, /ˈbɛwfɔ ˈχoʃu/ or /ˈbɛwfɔ ˈʁoʃu/, although /ʁ/ is very rare, often considered old-fashioned, and pronunciation of both 'r's (combination of /h/ and /χ/, first is pronounced more softly) is associated with formality and politeness.
