Remembrances Section

[edit]

The sections runs may afoul of a couple of Wikipedia rules. The recentism I tagged it for and the "Wikipedia is not a Memorial" guideline. I would advise deleting this section but add material if and when permanent memorial or memorials, tributes go up at a notable site, location. Edkollin (talk) 17:10, 10 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I appreciate the advice, and didn't know about the guideline. There's at least one more page coming, and I'll see if there's a better spot to gather these out of Wikipedia. Would they be inappropriate under the See Also section? Scottunder (talk) 17:24, 10 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I removed the Remembrances section, and made one of the sites a reference to a quote. Hope that's acceptable. Scottunder (talk) 00:10, 11 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
