Neutrality[edit]

From the way they are presented, these two statements would be citicised by many editors as being personl views of the article's author:

It introduced a controversial vertical tutoring system in 2009 that was,and still is, viewed with contempt by most students and many teachers.

The School has had notable success in sport throughout the years, more so since the turn of the century. Ivor Brand ennit.

Unless someone can provide verifiable sources for this information, they will probably have to be deleted. --Kudpung (talk) 10:16, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

The two unsourced statements above have now been deleted. Regular Wikipedia editors will attempt to rebuild and expand this article within the scope of its parent projects. Page protection requested.--Kudpung (talk) 09:48, 22 July 2009 (UTC)

Expanding[edit]

Information.png This Wikipedia school article has been expanded with basic information by the WikiProject Worcestershire team. A Wikipedia article would be an excellent project for a group of senior students, and regular Wiki editors are always on hand to help. One way to expand a school article is to take a look at the articles of some of the other schools in Worcestershire and see the kind of information they include. Pick a good one, and build your article up the same way. For example, information to include about your school could be some of the details from its its Ofsted report, numbers of students by gender and year, its special status as a music, language, or sports college, and if has done especially well in competitions. Some former pupils may even have become famous or important people. Some additional items for consideration would be:

  • History
  • Growth
  • Description of buildings and facilities
  • Student initiatives

In-depth information on how to structure a school article can be found here: WP:WPSCH/AG. Always remember to provide verifiable references. If you are using a computer on a school network, to avoid connection problems, be sure to sign up for your own Wikipedia user name, and use to log in each time. Signing up as a Wiki user is always a good idea, and helps regular Wiki editors to discuss your work and make suggestions. --Kudpung (talk) 11:24, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
