Earlier discussion without headers[edit]

I have removed the paragraph regarding the "strange coicidence." I hardly think it is appropriate to bring something like this up in light of the fact that all the people murdered are not even buried yet.

I disagree. If you find it offensive then you are welcome to edit it, but to remove the entire paragraph is not useful.

The paragraph itself is not useful. It offers no pertinent information on Brian Nichols or his case, and seems wholy inappropriate when compared with the rest of the article's content. The Diary of a Mad Black Woman movie has nothing to do with this case and the reference doesn't belong in the article. I will remove it.PiccoloNamek 06:36, Mar 13, 2005 (UTC)

There would be hundreds of movies with the defendent shooting in the courtroom. They dont need to be mentioned here. --Boshtang 05:49, 16 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Who's In Photo?[edit]

The gentlemen in the photograph is definitely not Brian Nichols. Who is he, and why is he here? RussBlau 01:28, 15 Mar 2005 (UTC)

I believe this is a mugshot of Brian Nichols. Please refer to the following link which reiterates this fact.

Physical description[edit]

"Nichols is 6'1" and weighs approximately 200lbs." ~ This comment seems irrelevant and out-of-place.

Its his status you idiot.74.195.3.199 13:49, 9 February 2007 (UTC)

If anything is "irrelevant and out-of-place" (not to mention highly debatable) it's referring to Nichols as "a middle class man" in the opening sentence of the article.

Black Guy[edit]

Is this the case that happened like on a Friday and it took a while to atch him.74.195.3.199 13:49, 9 February 2007 (UTC)

CNN report[edit]

CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin interviewed Judge Fuller who tried to provide a helpful overview of the problems and huge costs connected with the case, and found that some remarks, taken out of context, could be used by the defense, and so he has stepped down. Thus CNN, headquartered in Atlanta GA, has become part of the story, and the resulting article which was sold to the New Yorker Magazine I have provided for reference purposes as an external link. Not much coverage of the testimony of 114 witnesses against Brian Nichols[edit]

Apart from the well discussed and unfortunate courtroom related murders: 4 total, in Atlanta, Georgia in 2005, there is a lot to be said about Brian Nichol's past that should be discussed. Much of that HAS NOT been said.

Most blogs including the Atlanta Journal Constitution have barely revealed that past despite the fact that new facts were revealed almost every other day during the trial.

In short, Brian Nichols has broken the law over and over and over and over again since He was a teenager in Baltimore, Maryland.

Briefly I would have you note that Nichols was kicked out of 3 schools in Baltimore. The last school he was kicked out of was a Catholic School. He had a wonderful opportunity to learn and be educated there, yet he was kicked out for selling drugs.

I was one of the 114 witnesses called by the Atlanta prosecution to testify in November 2008. I spent 9 days in Atlanta, one in the courtroom, doing that.

Brian Nichols and I crossed paths in spring of 1992, (we never personally met) in Columbia South Carolina, when he found or got hold of my handbag (wallet) that I had left behind in a classroom after class. He immediately began writing checks in Columbia and Florida continuing until he ran out. The amount of that larceny was about $1,200.00. He was almost immediately positively ID'd, in Columbia, but his father insisted on paying back all the defrauded merchants himself, which got Brian off, thus I had no opportunity to prosecute. It should be noted that Nichols never had to pay a dime of the $1,200.00 back to the defrauded merchants in Columbia and Florida.

A year or two later, or around 1994, Brian Nichols was on the football team at Newberry College in South Carolina. While there, he broke into another student's room and stole $1,800.00 worth of personal items including stereos, rolex watch, etc. He was positively ID'd by his fingerprints, but actually fled bail (and forfeited it I might add), fleeing to Florida. The Newberry victim never received any kind of restoration, money back, or anything like that.

Both solicitor/representive of Newberry: Mindy Zimmerman, and Chuck Counts: Chief of Police in Newberry County, testified against Nichols, as did former Lexington county police detective Dennis Chapman who originally handled my larceny case in Columbia in 1992. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nichol's victim (talkcontribs) 01:23, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
