"Catfish" is not a single, but is a "promotional single" or pre-release track.[edit]

They put out a song a week from the album on Fridays, Sept 11 {"Catfish"), Sept 18 ("Angels & Demons") and Sept 25 ("Circles"), like what iTunes used to call (still do?), "Countdown to release". "Circles" is the last one as the following Friday is the album release. "Catfish" http://www.amazon.com/Catfish/dp/B0153T1TKC/ Shows the same "From the Album Calling All Lovers (Deluxe)" as "Angels & Demons" http://www.amazon.com/Angels-Demons/dp/B0153T2ERE/ & "Circles" http://www.amazon.com/Circles/dp/B0153T1XF8/ So how is "Catfish" different from the other two? ... ONLY "If I Don't Have You" http://www.amazon.com/If-I-Dont-Have-You/dp/B00YDHYGTC/ is a Single (sold by itself without the album being mentioned) http://www.amazon.com/If-I-Dont-Have-You/dp/B00YDHYGTC/.<br> Ok, now let's try iTunes. https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/if-i-dont-have-you-single/id997844539 "If I Don't Have You - Single" < Yep, they call it a single and it has its own page. The three "promotional singles" were first only available from the album's page https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/calling-all-lovers-deluxe/id1037732320 prior to the album's release. They are all just "promotional singles" then unless any of them have an official "sent to radio" date? This would qualify it as a "single".—Iknow23 (talk) 01:54, 8 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
