Pre-Carnegie Libraries[edit]

Here's an interesting article from the City Paper about the state of Pittsburgh libraries just before the founding of the Carnegie Libraries. [1]--TheZachMorrisExperience (talk) 04:43, 14 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The mention of the City Paper is to the Pittsburgh City Paper, [2], but of course the reference is confused by the sockpuppet signature.--Dthomsen8 (talk) 14:09, 1 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

1916 booklet: essay, facts, and images[edit]

I was trying to hunt down whether Elizabeth Moorhead was a notable author, and found her book Carnegie Institute and Library of Pittsburgh online. (Actually, I tried to get it on interlibrary loan and the librarian told me it wasn't in circulation, but she found it online for me.) Schazjmd (talk) 23:47, 5 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
