I did some cleanup of awards and executive appointments and believe the advert tag has been addressed. Any opposition to taking it down? I've also added the COI editnotice template to the Talk page for future use by the PR rep. CorporateM (Talk) 18:10, 17 July 2013 (UTC)
I've removed it. But I wish somebody would tell me what "opportunistic office properties" are. They're apparently good things..? Not the use of "opportunistic" that I'm familiar with. It's presumably a term of art, but shouldn't it be explained or linked? Also, googling for it, I discovered that the entire sentence "Carter focuses on the development of mixed-use and multi-family projects in urban infill locations, equity development of student housing, acquisition of opportunistic office properties, project management and strategic consulting" is lifted verbatim from the company's site. That seems lazy. Bishonen | talk 22:54, 17 July 2013 (UTC).
