Comment For the sake of consistency the article should be changed, however, I personally feel that actually a comma should be used as is the case for elections across Wikipedia. Oppose - Per my earlier commment I have opened up a new discussion on a general standardisation of census articles (which currently are very varied) my proposal includes the comma so the proposed move to this page would deviate from that and so I don't feel this proposal should go ahead.
