Untitled[edit]

There are two different Charlie Bradshaws. How can someone play while coaching a college football team? His stats show he played until 1968, his coaching record shows he was at U of K until 1968. It must be two different people.

It's possible if they are referring to the season they played in. Since football seasons wrap around to the next year, Someone could play in the 1967-68 season and then be a coach for the 1968 season (which is 1968-69). Not that this is relevant to this discussion, but in the early years of college football (1900ish) it was not uncommon for players to also be the coach. MECUtalk 14:00, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
