  • Support. WP:THE clearly says don't have the The, while MOS:& clearly says do have the &. IMO the guidelines are not entirely consistent but there seems no reason not to follow them in this case. Note that neither is a case of adopting an official name but rather that the official use of the name is an example of usage, which is all the respective guidelines require.
