The CTBUH lists this building as only proposed in the organizations lists yet the skyscraper' page at the CTBUH states construction started in 2011. Meanwhile the China Daily article states groundbreaking took place on Sept 19, 2011. So, is there actually construction going on or not, and do we have a reliable source that says so? The building is indefinitely under construction from many sources in which I can see. In the skyscraper observation and construction website (Skyscrapercity) [http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=1186075&page=31] article on the China Zun, there are many photos that show the building under construction. Furthermore as stated by the user before, the Skyscrapercenter of the CTBUH also lists this as under construction so I presume it's under construction. Also I suggest a name change from China Zun to Zhongguo Zun as it is more true to the name and is listed on many websites such as the ones listed before as being Zhongguo Zun and other alternative names including: China Zun CITIC Plaza, Z15 Tower and the China Honour Tower. :) DannyFangles (talk) 07:00, 16 June 2014 (UTC)
