Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because it seems to be presenting facts about the game. I play it, along with at least 32,000 others (Facebook likes, not sure what that means in terms of players). It is clearly based on Breaking Bad. You clearly make Methamphetamine while playing. It appears that Cookie Clicker has a page, I see no reason why this one would not. It even cites large online journals. --69.144.201.50 (talk) 23:54, 21 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because...it's real --76.175.19.156 (talk) 01:18, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cookie_Clicker) For whatever reason the aforementioned page isn't also "unambiguously promotional" --69.135.188.190 (talk) 01:26, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because the page describes a real game and contains no false or inappropriate information — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.159.35.83 (talk) 01:27, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... The description is exactly what it is. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.136.252.134 (talk) 01:33, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... This game has become quite popular on the internet, especially among the large breaking bad following. --99.180.194.207 (talk) 01:46, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... Clicking Bad is a browser game based off of a culturally significant and iconic TV series. The game itself is going viral, and therefore has cultural significance, just as any wikipedia entry on a trending Youtube video or meme would have.

All the page does is state that the game exists, and gives an extremely brief (literally a 1-sentence) description of what it is. It's NOT self-praising, it's not trying to draw in players or customers. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.164.193.47 (talk) 02:03, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... I would like more information about how the game works - I am a player of the game and don't think that it's promotional. I would like an informative article. --50.27.249.224 (talk) 02:15, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... it clearly gives brief, to-the-point information about the game. It is not in any way designed to advertise. --125.253.99.38 (talk) 02:20, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (your reason here) --98.183.58.180 (talk) 02:30, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (your reason here) --207.237.131.87 (talk) 03:01, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (this game is just like cookie clicker, only with the inspiration of "Breaking Bad" the television show. If you get rid of this page, might as well get rid of the "Breaking Bad" tv show's wiki page, too.) --216.163.35.4 (talk) 03:11, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (many people do support this page, and it is quite an accomplishment on the terms of a significant browser game) --24.23.138.178 (talk) 03:13, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because it's a game that is roughly based off of a TV show. That doesn't mean anything about it being promotional. It's just a wikipedia article talking about an online clicking game. That's like saying the Walmart wikipedia page is "unambiguously promotional" towards everything Walmart.

C'mon, fellas. Get your act together.

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... It is great --1.122.53.140 (talk) 03:34, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because it's not affiliated with Breaking Bad in any way, and it does not promote it. In its website you never see "Breaking Bad" or any other of the trademarks. It's just a very successful fan made game. --Mechanicarts (talk) 03:37, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... it's teaching players of the game tips and tricks. I believe it's a great idea and would use it as a player of the game. --98.112.27.79 (talk) 03:44, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... It's a throwback to old school gaming, not commercial, and awesome!!!111 --71.94.85.108 (talk) 03:53, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... it is a page about a genuine website game that is under constant development and continues to accrue a larger and larger playerbase, and includes many different strategies for play. --24.129.117.47 (talk) 03:54, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (your reason here) --121.222.206.205 (talk) 04:02, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because it actually does meet the notability requirements as proven by the source links. It needs to be more than just a one sentence stub and a pair of links, but there's no reason to speedy delete it for that alone. Basically, if Cookie Clicker has a page with the same type of a publicity, there's no reason this one can't. Rebochan (talk) 04:48, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because...it is describing a genuine viral internet phenomena. Are we going to start assessing which of those have 'value'? (If so I'd like start by deleting a raft of far less interesting ones) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jkollin (talkcontribs) 05:15, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because if Cookie Clicker, a game which follows a near-completely similar format to this game, is allowed to have its own page, I don't see what's wrong about this game having its own page. Besides, how can this page be advertising? The page describes a real game and contains no false or inappropriate information. --Alza08 (talk) 06:06, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

See WP:WAX, a section of an essay about arguments that hold little weight in a deletion debate. Just because one idle tycoon game has an article doesn't mean every other idle tycoon has to as well. Choppin' Wood doesn't, and neither does Goomy Clicker. Each article is separately graded on whether it has enough sources to survive. --Damian Yerrick (talk) 03:19, 24 January 2014 (UTC)
