Lots of references, including Janes mentions CRs as a category of light mortars, and a substantial number of countries specifically designate small hand-held mortars as "commando mortars". Check out the g-hits and you'll note it's a pretty common distinction, though more in Europe than the U.S. MatthewVanitas (talk) 00:06, 19 February 2009 (UTC)
