This article is within the scope of WikiProject Law, an attempt at providing a comprehensive, standardised, pan-jurisdictional and up-to-date resource for the legal field and the subjects encompassed by it.
This needs to be transformed into an encyclopedia article. The first sentence should be a real sentence and should set the context, allowing the reader to quickly find out things like what country this is in, what year, the fact that this article is about a court case, and why this particular court case is significant -- or some of these types of things can be explained in the first few sentences. Secondary sources should be found which talk about this case and what effect it had, and commentary should be written in this article based on those sources. --Coppertwig 18:33, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
