Incomplete List[edit]

Personally I'd suggest drop this page. The term "business integration" has linked back to the Enterprise Application Integration page and that page already contains a list of commercial and open/source products. Or if you want to keep this page, as an expansion of those product lists, there are a few things missing here e.g. Tibco products. As this pages scope includes message orientated middleware, presumably this will therefore include Data Distribution Services. Please correct me if I am wrong, I intend to make changes to include DDS software if there are no objections. ChrisLloydPT (talk) 15:23, 30 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, business integration software is a very broad field, and I agree it's quite hard to include every player/product here. Since Gartner is being used as the base document it should include the latest Magic Quadrant for Application Infrastructure for Back End Application Integration Vendors. Some products are dated and need to be deleted (Example Cape Clear ESB is no longer around - needs deletion). Seems have too many apples/oranges. Question - does this list include data integration products vs. business integrtion vendors? If not, why is Mapforce on here? OK - Informatica is here (my bad), but I would like to see more segmentation on the category "business integration". There are too many segments in this space to have a single article provide a meaningful comparison (EAI/ESB, BPM/BRM, SOA-based, Data integration, etc.). external links[edit]

The external links in the "Product Page" and "Requirements Document" columns violate WP:EL and WP:NOT. Since Wikipedia is not a web directory all those external links need to be removed. I am adding the {{External links}} tag to encourage clean up. (Requestion 16:06, 14 March 2007 (UTC))[reply]

It is true. The presence of these links is a temporary and necessary measure until the corresponding articles are insufficiently comprehensive or even don't exists. My intention is to eliminate all these links. Kmorozov 06:13, 15 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I removed the the two website columns from the top two tables because Wikipedia is WP:NOT a web directory. This article is now clean and I am removing the {{External links}} tag. (Requestion 19:03, 15 March 2007 (UTC))[reply]

There is more ESB software on wikipedia. For example, Mule_(software). Is it in plans on adding?

Windows 2000[edit]

List cleanup[edit]

I've removed the entries without their own article. If we can agree upon some other list inclusion criteri per WP:LIST, then we could add others accordingly.

More table entries[edit]

I'd like more entries in the tables, adding, eg. the BSD family (FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD) where supported, PostgreSQL (should be a few that support it due to oracle similarities), helix java sql, probably more. 85.178.72.197 (talk) 14:28, 23 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

New open-source ESB[edit]

We create new open-source ESB OpenHub. OpenHub is ESB based on Apache Camel and adds many usefull functions. It is possible to download from GitHub.
