Contrary views on ConnCAN reports[edit]

This review is by Bruce Baker, a reputable school finance analyst that specializes in statistics. The original link (not shown) was to a top ten educational bunkum reports at NPEC. This is not unusual as the majority of right-leaning policy relies on unreliable work. [1]
