German article?
[edit]Hi, it's strange how the German language article de:Korruption in Deutschland wasn't created yet. Who can do it? -- Horst-schlaemma (talk) 11:42, 27 September 2016 (UTC)
- I have been a journalist in Germany and can tell you that this will not be possible. It is practically impossible to write it because you need very solid proof - and that does not usually exist in that area. You will also be branded a nest soiler (Nestbeschmutzer) if you do any of that. When you look closely you will also find that nobody ever gets in the dock for corruption in Germany - people prevent court cases so that no statistic can develop. Police investigations are ordered by prosecutors, and these are appointed by the political level. Colleagues also do not like other prosecutors to pursue these long winded and explosive cases (they'd have to take on a bigger workload).
- Occasionally you get someone like Pfahls in the dock for tax evasion. I became a victim of corruption under the Kohl-Regime when our land (Prenzlauer Promenade 191) came to France in that Leuna-Minol 'deal', breaching the constitution. In Paris there were some court cases. In Geneva a prosecutor Bertossa discovered money (illegal 300 million DM CDU accounts, if I remember correctly). He sent all the docs to Germany but then said 'why do the Germans have anti-corruption laws if they do not intend to use them?' The Germans did not allocate translation funds from French so no case could exist for a German court. This can be repeated again and again - involve a bilingual person who can manage your corruption funds in another country and if anything does come out, just don't provide a court translator. I am glad I am in Australia because the loss that the corruption of the Kohl-Regime caused me (us) was considerable. - Do you have any proof of this? 2A01:C22:843A:1100:D53A:93CF:1CDD:2191 (talk) 21:31, 15 July 2023 (UTC)
- As an addition to my previous comment. You publish Russian propaganda so it seems like the German state took your false claims seriously. Slander is illegal in Germany, and other European countries. 2A01:C22:843A:1100:D53A:93CF:1CDD:2191 (talk) 21:33, 15 July 2023 (UTC)
