Personal bias behind Wikipedia entry

I am raising concerns in regards to the tone and purpose of this article - it seems to be heavily biased, and more in line with a personal blog post or similar. Statements such as 'These patients need therapy and mental treatments, so a physical surgery will be a waste of time and money.' presents subjective opinion as objective fact, and do not seem to match the requirements for Wikipedia's nature as a site that attempts to be as objective as possible.
