I've restarted this article based on the available sources (which are all pay-per-view, so I can only create a stub). Didn't realise it had already been speedied, I just saw User:Jentri add a redlink for the guy and decided to check it out. Not as many sources as Frank Jao but he still apparently played a big role in the development of Little Saigon; was described as a "well-known financier" in his community as early as 1989. Is there anything useful in the deleted revisions to expand on this? He was apparently also involved in a lawsuit in 2000 to get a tenant in one of his shopping centres to take down a pro-communist display; only internet source I can find for it is a college paper [1], but I recall reading about it at the time, so I'm sure there must be a better summary of the case on microfilm in a library somewhere ... cab (talk) 08:00, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
