In universe?[edit]

This article is written a bit too "in-universe", especially the physical description section. For now I'm adding a tag on it for in universe writing. Levid37 14:41, 15 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Quick question[edit]

Mmph. HOW did Richard do the 'Boxes of Orden' trick, anyway? "People are stupid", yeah, but did he misquote the Book of Counted Shadows or what? 169.229.121.94 03:13, 16 May 2007 (UTC)\[reply]

Richard loved Kahlan alot. he loved her so much that when she touched him accidentaly (well she didn't know that it was him. he looked like darken rahl and kahlan was in the middle of the con dar) it didn't affect richard because he was already totally and completely devoted to her. at the beggining of the book of counted shadoews it said that, i belive "the facts in this book if from another can only be verified by a confessor. kahlan told richard to tell the "truth" and he did only he omited the fact about shifting the boxes depending on the use. --munkee_madness talk 18:30, 28 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

rewriting abilities[edit]

I think the section describing Darken Rahl's ability should be changed. Darken Rahl can... doesn't present itself very well if repeated 10~15 times. Persony5 00:48, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

5'11"?[edit]

I've read the books many times, but obviously I can't remember everything. Does it really state his exact height anywhere? I don't remember any character's height being given in the books, but maybe I'm missing something.Hypershadow647 (talk) 21:02, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I don't recall Rahl's height ever being mentioned in the books. 68.91.111.191 (talk) 16:13, 20 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think it was either. Should we delete this little bit? Hpsparrow (talk) 00:30, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Contradicatory information[edit]

Hey. Someone just changed the information about Rahl's heritage. I know Rahl is meant to be Richard's brother in the television series, but was meant to be his father in the book. I'm not familiar enough with both to write anything, but I thought I should make a note - maybe it would be nice to distinguish both interpretations of his character to avoid confusing readers. c; Sephirona (talk) 18:44, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
