Typical Wiki paid editing response
[edit]This man has said he will fire any staff member who joins a union. An act which is a direct violation of several US federal laws.
But is there any mention of this in the article? Of course not. Because paid editors step into stymie free speech and facts. Wikipedia is quite frankly a joke. If it's published by a reliable source on the internet, then it's likely to be factually correct. Whereas trying to establish the same on this site is a minefield of lies, spin, and censorship (oh yeah on the site that bans censorship)81.141.34.10 (talk) 23:06, 13 August 2019 (UTC)
- I’m sorry that it appears to you to be that way. I myself am not paid by Mr. Portnoy or Barstool Sports, and it is highly unlikely that the protecting administrator is either. The page was protected because ill-intentioned editors continued to add personal insults to the page, not because the Barstool Sports mafia told its paid editors to lock up the page. If you would like an edit made, you are more than free to use the edit request form to try and get your changes made. Willsome429 (say hey or see my edits!) 23:18, 13 August 2019 (UTC)
- Actually, IP editor, there IS mention of the subject of the BLP threatening to fire any staff member who joins a union. There is an entire section about it, and the NLRB response.--FeralOink (talk) 12:11, 29 August 2020 (UTC)

He’s now a day trader so someone should be updating this. He’s actually making hundreds of thousands of dollars from investing and it’s very interesting. Davey Day Trader 35.129.21.131 (talk) 22:30, 9 June 2020 (UTC)
- Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. JTP (talk • contribs) 01:03, 10 June 2020 (UTC)

Its "Dan "Big Cat" Katz", Not "Dave Katz" 98.206.27.28 (talk) 20:00, 23 February 2021 (UTC)
- Done Changed to Dan, per source. Thanks for pointing out the error. RudolfRed (talk) 21:11, 23 February 2021 (UTC)
Gender Studies?

In "Early Life":
"Portnoy began attending the University of Michigan in 1995, graduating with a degree in gender studies.[5]"
The linked article does not confirm that he graduated with a degree in gender studies. It's a funny troll edit though, esp. since the article talks about "frat culture" Not sure how that got through but good job.
I would change it to "Dave Portnoy attended the University of Michigan" or, similar to the current version, "[...] began attending the University of Michigan in 1995".
