The search engine finds another very short article of the same name but different subject matter. — Talk:David West, RSWBillreid 09:22, 25 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose We have here an obscure watercolorist and an obscure basketball player. The solution is a disambiguation page. Septentrionalis 19:28, 25 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Strongly Oppose The David West article existed for the basketball player and was moved to David M West, which not only uses a middle initial that he doesn't use and is not known by, but didn't even have a period after the initial. After a few moves, he is now at David West (basketball). The original article, David West, is now a dab, and in cleaning up all the old David West's I see that there is an English footballer who may be on his way. There is no reason that this move should be allowed to go ahead. Alansohn 02:06, 26 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. Why replace a good dab page? 22:53, 29 April 2006 (UTC)
