how many affected[edit]

The article both uses 230,000 consumers and 230,000 residents --- Either it is 230k people or 230k households (2* the number) which equates some reports about 500k people affected. Please clarify 2001:1C00:1F10:2000:A8E4:1908:8BD1:EFAD (talk) 13:53, 5 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
