Judging by the disambiguation page Pirie it's not that uncommon in the UK. If a reliable source can be found proving a direct familial relationship between Denis and Madsen they by all means add it with the appropriate source, otherwise leave it out as Wikipedia articles generally don't list who a person isn't related to.
