This is a subject that needs to be up.
Detente set the stage for bands like KORN, FEAR FACTORY, SEPULTURA, and is an important part of music history. DAWN CROSBY (RIP) was one of the first femal singers in this genre. If you don't beliebe me, just do a google search or check out you tube. It would be unreasonable if DETENTE was not included.

First of all I agree with the above. Second of all, after working to add sources and clean up this article, AND changing references in other articles to the band name with the accent over the first E, I now realize that it DOES have an accent over the first E. So the name of the article and the relevant redirect(s) all need to be changed--but I don't have time to do it now. Anybody else, feel free, as I may not get back to it.
