Incremental edits

I have created edits with references. You are welcome to review. To enhance this article, please use incremental edits. You are welcome to rephrase, move sources around to more appropriate location, insert tags where additional references are needed, etc. Instead of blind revert and BRD (BRD should not be default option, as it violates goodfaith and it usually prohibits taking the article forward, BRD should be last resort and not the first option, using BRD as first option specially while providing no "specific actionable reason and by making no attempt to improve the article by just earning hats for admin status by blind BRD" itself is vandalism. Cooperate and improve in constructive manner. Do not hide behind the rules (BRD) etc to crush cooperative spirit of incremental improvements.
