Just to compare, their principal measurment, length I guess or height if you prefer, what was it? long were it's fangs aproximately?

Not A Cat[edit]

Dentition[edit]

The text "not so particular about its food as its descendants, since reduction of the teeth was still in the early stages and Dinictis had not forgotten how to chew." is too compressed to pass on understanding to the reader: does reduction of the teeth imply reduction of the molars in favor of incisors? Its descendents, such as what? Another sentence or two could make these interesting points clear.--Wetman (talk) 23:08, 20 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
