Disabling DDC/CI is not relevant[edit]

Is that section really needed in an article about displays standards? Instructions on how to fix problems with computers should not be part of an encyclopaedia. In my opinion, it should be either removed or rewritten to something like DDC/CI Operating System support, explaining problems that may appear if the standard is not supported by a monitor. DDC Address and octet read[edit]
