Advice please. I am the partnerships co-ordinator for ImaginationLancaster and have been asked to explore the possibility of a Wikipedia page for our department. The intention is simply to have factual information about the department and its research. It is not intended as a place to promote or advertise.

ImaginationLancaster is an open and exploratory design-led research lab with world-renowned researchers conducting applied and theoretical research into people, products, places and their interactions. I have been reading the COI guidelines and want to make sure I (if allowed) do everything correctly.

There are numerous secondary resources and information regarding ImaginationLancaster and its researchers in journals and other media which I can use to draft an article.

Thank you in advance for any help and/or advice you can give me.
