Promontory yes but steep sided?[edit]

The term "steep sided" is somewhat vague. It became more steep when the road (now the A6) was cut through - it used to go round the front of the cottages now known as Castle Orchard (an area which used to extens as far as Hazlewood Road) Chevin (talk) 06:07, 28 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
