I have written a short booklet covering the history of East Lake Weir (GNIS)/Eastlake Weir (USPS). I recently uploaded it to the Wikimedia Commons, so it's available for use as a reference (or, as a finding aid to additional references). As the author of the booklet, I want to avoid making edits to the main Wikipedia article.
