Recent IP vandalism[edit]
I've been tracing the recent bout of IP vandalism, trying to figure out if it's coming from the school itself or something else. As near as I can tell, some controversial pictures of one of the students appeared on MySpace somewhere, which is what's caused all the attention. However, many of the IPs do appear to have been coming from the same individual, as though the addresses are different, the types of changes are similar, such as the profanity being used, trying to change the quantity of students, and frequent references to a couple particular names (which I assume are related to to the MySpace controversy).
I have semi-protected the article (again), for one week this time, and blocked a couple of the more persistent vandals. If anyone would like to run a CheckUser or other WP:SSP report, here are the main IPs:
