Reasons for non release[edit]

At the time of its European release, there were many rumors that the film would never get (much of) a US release because there's a bathing scene between Osment and a teen/twen girl in a barn. It's quite innocent actually, and no frontal nudity. As much as I remember, it doesn't even have any such tension as that any of the two characters would be intrigued or distressed by it somehow.
