This festival takes place once each four years and a logo for each iteration is usually created. The logo for the most recent, 10th Festival of Pacific Arts, can be found at Festival of Pacific Arts, American Samoa site. The article mentions only performing arts. I can't provide a cite, but having been to the 1996 event in Apia, I can testify that the visual arts, including painting, sculpture, weaving, tapa, and tattooing are also very much present. . .
