We lack articles on fingerling potatoes and on the fingerling or (i think) "fry" stage in the growth of fish, one of which is almost certainly the source of the character's name. It's normal and probably appropriate that the character article keep its title and lack a ToP Dab until one of the others becomes at least a stub. But i'm putting in for Fingerling potato and Fingerling (fish) on WP:RA.
