Eugeroic?[edit]
It is my understanding, that it is the fluorenol analogue to modafinil, not fluorenol itself, that is a eugeroic. I am not enough of a chemist to figure out the structure of this analogue.

- As surprising as it may be, the cited paper by Dunn et al. makes the claim that eugeroic activity of the fluorenol analog "was likely due to an active metabolite", which they identify as fluorenol itself. -- Ed (Edgar181) 21:19, 27 November 2019 (UTC)
- That is surprising indeed. It would be easy to test this hypothesis, by administering fluorenol directly. In any case, this should be explained in the article. -- Mentropane (talk) 03:18, 28 November 2019 (UTC)
