Not sure if you were aware that equine forelimb anatomy is out there, but there may be a little duplication. Merging may not be the answer, but somehow each article should cross-link to the other, as there is much of use in both. Your call, just a thought. I think too much of the anatomy in this section deals with neck and trunk to work for a straight merge. That being said, I think forehand as a topic is a resonable one, since it is a topic of discussion in riding. I would skip the muscular anatomy in this article completely. I will correct the anatomy section later, in case it gets moved. The two reference links are pretty weak: the anatomy one is inaccurate, and the other shows unclear images from different angles. We should also spruce up the weight distribution thing: the typical standing horse has ~60% of weight on the forehand, and this actually increases with a rider on its back.
