Hainan[edit]

Beside ROC's legislators and media reports mentioning the Hainan offer, did S'pore or PRC govt made any comment regarding this matter? I couldn't find any. Vsion 02:06, 27 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm....I would be looking for the actual offer by the PRC with regards to that too, other than from the two sources already listed...Hadent really gone deeply into it yet thou. :D--Huaiwei 06:36, 27 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! That information seems to come from third party only ... About this article, I'm hoping to expand it for each region and each major topic (e.g. FTAs) adding all the relevant facts that we can find. This article abit messy now, but I believe it has potential to grow. The Current events in Malaysia and Singapore page really help! And that has been kept alive for two months now :-). --Vsion 07:08, 27 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah.....we can actually write tonnes for both Malaysia and Indonesia (enough even for seperate pages for each country and probably even particular incidents. The water dispute is enough for books! :D), and lots of other countries are worthy of extensive mention here. We dont even have one for the PRC yet! Btw, we might have to move the FTAs to another page if the content grows...I have already made the provisional links below (and we need one for aviation agreements too. Others may follow). As for current events...phew....it was a real killer, but it forces me to keep abreast with the news. :D but we still have only two of us contributing actively to it...we need help!--Huaiwei 07:30, 27 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]
My interest in updating the current event is still strong, but yes, help is needed, (and I'm going for wikibreak soon, haha). Should we post a stub-like message at the top of the page: '" blab blab blab ..., You can help Wikipedia by updating it." --Vsion 07:38, 27 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I am basically forever interested in the news (have been doing news cuttings for over 10 yrs now?), but it is indeed a challenge trying to update an online one everyday, especially when other life's commitments starts to pile up. As for the notice...hm...how about we shout it out everywhere we can? haha! :D--Huaiwei 07:57, 27 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I think the Europe section requires expanding to include the UK, France etc. --

References[edit]

I tried to edit the references but all it says is:

{ { r e f l i s t | 2 } }

(I put a space in every second character so it appears. How do I edit the references? Where do I go to? -- 05:32, 22 May 2007 (UTC)

The reference exists adjacent to the first citation. You can edit there. I would suggest that you take a look at {{cite book}}, {{cite journal}}, {{cite web}}, {{cite news}}. --Rifleman 82 07:34, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The Kazakhstan paragraph I added requires a reference placed in from this URL: [1]. I have placed a [citation needed] there in the mean time. 08:44, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
I can't seem to find the kazakhstan paragraph. Can you copy a bit here? -- Rifleman 82 13:04, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Obviously it has been removed. Maybe it was unauthentic and a smart member removed it. - 05:28, 2 August 2007 (UTC)

Countries w/o diplomatic relations[edit]

Are there any countries which *do not* have any diplomatic relations with Singapore? North Korea? Zimbabwe? Any resources where we can find a list of these countries? Veinofstars (talk) 14:27, 23 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed WikiProject - Bilateral relations[edit]

There is now a upstart WikiProject to establish a concensus about WP's International bilateral relations articles, including "X-Y (country) relations" articles, at Wikipedia:Centralized discussion/Bilateral international relations. Interested parties should add their names at Wikipedia:WikiProject International relations/Bilateral relations task force if they wish to play a part in the discussions or have an Interest in this going forward. Thank you for your attention. CaribDigita (talk) 23:24, 29 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Diplomatic relations[edit]

The list states diplomatic relations with Serbia 🇷🇸 starting from 1960s which is incorrect. It should state Yugoslavia instead, as Serbia is not a direct successor of former socialist federation but Slovenia, Croatia, N. Macedonia, Bosnia Herzegovina and federal republic of Yugoslavia which later renamed itself to Serbia & Montenegro which finally dissolved on two separate states in 2000s. Therefore, info should be corrected accordingly. 185.50.15.107 (talk) 19:00, 26 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
