Update needed[edit]

"are presently being organized for their repair, with construction anticipated to proceed in the autumn of 2006." -- three to four years out of date here. ;-) Anyone know the status of the repairs (did they begin? were they successful?)? //Blaxthos ( t / c ) 13:02, 29 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright violation[edit]

As of January 5th, 2011, most of the "History" section of the article appears to be taken verbatim from http://www.dauphinisland.org/fort.htm. I did some cursory checking and determined that the dauphinisland.org source predates the edits to the article. The oldest version of the source from archive.org is dated to December 1st, 1999. The edit that introduced these changes was made on April 16th, 2007. I've added the copyvio template to the article and moved the images to a new (temporary) section. • WarpFlyght (talk • contribs) 03:53, 5 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
