Some BEFORE items for PROD[edit]

I'm about to PROD this; I don't see any notability. Playing devil's advocate, here are the only things I've been able to find in my WP:BEFORE due diligence:

  • H. Res. 18, a resolution introduced (but not passed) in the U.S House of Representatives to honor Boston. These are actually fairly routine. There have been similar resulotions introduced (and apparently also not passed) in prior congressional sessions, e.g. [1][1]
  • Coverage of Boston as a local public figure in Northern Pennsylvania.[2]
  • The Boston Legacy Foundation.[3]
