  • Greater Novelty Theatre, SE corner of O'Farrell & Steiner, opened as a tent theatre on May 28, 1906, renamed the Gayety Theatre, 24 January 1909
  • Premium Theatre, 1525 Fillmore Street, San Francisco, 1910 replacement, listed as the Gayety in the 1911
  • Gaiety Theatre, 160 O'Farrell Street, San Francisco, built in 1913 by Broncho Billy Anderson, torn down in 1936
  • Roxie Theater, 3117 16th Street, San Francisco, built in 1912 as the Poppy Theatre, later, Rex Theatre, Gem Theatre, and Gaiety Theatre before 1932.
  • Victory Theatre, 2030 Sutter Street, opened November 25, 1907, became the Gaiety in August 1931
  • Gayety Theatre, 80 Turk Street, San Francisco, opened February 15, 1963 as the Gayety Theatre
