Possible Improvements[edit]

I have just completed the B class checklist and assessment of this article and believe that it could be improved by addressing the following:

Referencing: addition of some reference materials, as well as the addition of in line citations;
Coverage: is there more information that could be added to the topic? For example, what was this rank equivalent to in say the British Army, US Army, Red Army, Italians...etc. Also, is there anyway background as to why the rank was created?
Structure: the article would be improved by adding a definate structure, e.g. Introduction, Body and then other sections such as Gallery, Notes, References, See also, External links, etc.
Manual of Style: it is not a big deal for B class (and shouldn't prevent this article getting to B class in my opinion), but if you want to take this article beyond that, a copy edit against the WP:MOS is probably required, e.g. in relation to dashes and dates, etc.

Just a few ideas. Once you feel that this article is ready for re-assessment please add it to the list at WP:MHA and someone will get on to it. Also, if you want more comments you might like to submit it for peer review. This can be done by adding it to the list at WP:MHPR. Be advised, though, it is usually a very labour intensive process and some articles might not have enough content to make the process worthwhile. Anyway, hope this helps.
