Hiddensee is not the world's only exhibited example of a Soviet-built missile corvette. There is a sister ship of the Hiddensee exhibited in Peenemünde's Maritime Museum in Germany.

ACK, I visited it yesterday. Unfortunately, only the main deck is accessible, and not the upper deck including the bridge, or even the engines. -- 790 10:21, 2 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This page would seem to be a nearly exact copy of the Battleship Cove page on the Hiddensee, located at http://www.battleshipcove.org/hiddensee-history.htm. Is someone perhaps willing to re-write this page with original text, or alternately obtain the rights to use this material? Rwzehner 20:06, 5 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It is incredibly disappointing that this blatant copyright violation survived for 3 and a half years without it being redacted. I have removed all of the copyrighted text and replaced it with a basic sentence. Anyone can feel free to work on the article with any sources they might have. Coordinate error

[edit]

{{geodata-check}}

The following coordinate fixes are needed for German corvette Hiddensee. Latitude should be 41.7062, not 41.6062

Given that 41.6062 plops you down in the Weetamoo Woods, I suppose you're right ;) Parsecboy (talk) 16:27, 24 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
